Those who would have me “more positive” would have me proceed “without defeat.”  That is to say, when confronted with an opposition, a contradiction, I am to flee and count that distance from the struggle as “victory.”  I would rather stay and fight the good fight.  Sometimes “I” win, sometimes this machine.  But always with honor.  Always holding my own.  Always honest.  Always finding this pride constructive.
